Delivery times

You should expect your order to be delivered within 2 – 3 working days of your order being placed.Free delivery If your order is for more than $150.00 including GST then we will deliver it to you for free anywhere within New Zealand.

Anywhere in NZ $12.00 including GST

Our standard shipping fees only applies to products that are standard size, standard weight, and non-hazardous materials. Hazardous materials products have specific shipping assigned to them or it is calculated after the order based on the fee from the shipping company. Products that are oversized, heavy, or require a freight shipping are excluded from our free shipping offer.

We ship Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or major NZ holidays, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider the shipping time as an estimate.

Why is shipping extra?

We’re focused on offering best value on each and every individual item we stock, so you won’t find the shipping cost hidden within the price. All pricing is in NZ dollars and includes GST, packaging and delivery within New Zealand.

Rural delivery

For rural and remote areas an additional delivery fee of $10.00 applies. Please note that some isolated regions may require additional delivery time.

Out of stock (back orders)

In the unlikely event that we are out of stock on a product we normally carry, no additional delivery cost will apply.

International orders

At present we do not deliver outside of New Zealand, although orders are able to be made from overseas if there is a New Zealand delivery address.

Returns

Returns are subject to our acceptance and approval. Seller will not expect goods simply because you’ve changed your mind or your circumstances have changed. Certain items are non-returnable. Custom manufactured items, items requiring refrigeration during transport, any product exposed to blood and/or other body fluids that could be infectious or contagious. Contact us if you have any questions about specific products.

Certain items cannot be returned if used. Any items that could be potentially infectious or contagious after using cannot be returned. For example, items such as wound care, skin products, incontinent briefs and underpads, needles and needle disposal, surgical blades, gloves, cannulas, thermometers, stethoscopes, and related items.
